Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Commissioned Artwork

All commissioned artworks are final sale.

Due to the bespoke and personalized nature of commissioned pieces, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once the commission has been confirmed and/or completed.

If you experience an issue with your commissioned order, please contact us promptly via the contact form or by email at hello@lsfineart.com, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

2. Original (Non-Commissioned) Artwork

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer (“Collector”) has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to provide a reason.

To initiate a return, the Collector must submit a return request via the contact form or by email at hello@lsfineart.com within the withdrawal period. Once the request is approved, return instructions and a return address will be provided by email.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition, free from any damage, alteration, or signs of use.

  • The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including:

    • Protective wrapping (polypropylene sleeve or glassine paper)

    • Certificate of authenticity

Any artwork showing damage or deterioration will be deemed unsuitable for resale and will not qualify for a refund.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the returned artwork does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

  • The Collector is fully responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • The Collector is responsible for ensuring the artwork is securely packaged for return.

  • All returns must be shipped with tracking and signature upon delivery.

We cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.
